WHAT IS ARISE VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS? Arise provides a virtual platform to connect small call center businesses to Fortune 500 and other large companies. Visit for more information.

WHAT IS AN IBO? An Independent Business Owner. Technology Time Academy, LLC is an IBO withing the Arise Network.

WHAT IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TECHNOLOGY TIME ACADEMY, LLC & ARISE VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS? Arise provides the virtual platform that connects Technology Time Academy, LLC to Fortune 500 and other large companies.


WHAT IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR? As an Independent Contractor, you are not an employee. An independent contractor is a natural person, business, or corporation that provides goods and/or services to another entity under terms specified in a contract or within a verbal agreement.

ARE THERE FEES INVOLVED? Yes. Some of the clients require a background check that has a fee of $7.95 that may be required. There are also certification fees and our management services fee.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE A FEE?  In order to join Technology Time Academy, LLC as an Independent Contractor and gain access to the virtual network of companies there is a fee. In addition to accessing the Arise platform, this ensures our agents will receive unparalleled support to ensure success. The fees will be taken directly from your revenue. Taxes are not deducted.

WHY DO I NEED TO PAY FOR CERTIFICATION? Similar to becoming a Teacher or Hair Stylist and having to pay for your certification, there is a cost to become certified as a qualified Client Support Professional that can work independently from their own home office. Prices vary by certification course. This fee is paid to Arise directly.  Technology Time Academy does not benefit from the fee.

WHEN WILL I START TO EARN REVENUE? There is an investment of your own time required to become certified as a qualified Client Support Professional. Revenue is earned upon the completion of certification. There is no pay for the time spent in certification unless you are actually taking service calls.

IS THE EQUIPMENT PROVIDED? Equipment is not provided. Each Client Support Professional is required to furnish their own home office to the expectations of their specific client.

WHAT INCENTIVES ARE OFFERED? We offer Certification Bonuses and Referral Bonuses for qualified individuals who service clients with our company for a minimum of 90 days.

WHAT BENEFITS ARE OFFERED? As an Independent Contractor you will not have access to any health plan benefits through Technology Time Academy or Arise. However, this may be purchased individually by the CSP from any health insurance provider. Visit for more information on the options available to you.

HOW DO I FILE TAXES? As an Independent Contractor you are responsible for filing your own income tax annually. Although you will receive your tax documents from Technology Time Academy, we do not offer assistance for filing  your taxes.
